PMA needs power to move therefore always charge it full after every use
Avoid draining the battery (below 30%) as you might get stuck outside and will also cause damage to the battery
If the PMA is running out of power faster than usual or the battery is not able to hold a full charge then you might need to replace a new set of batteries

Always go on a “walking speed” / half of the speed meter as there might be kids, elderly and cyclist around
You are responsible to take care of your own safety and others too
One (1) year from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; seat post, and frame.
If any electronic component of the Scooter or Power Chair is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced without charge.
The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase, serial number and the date of purchase are always required. For warranty service, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your Heartway product.
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
Motor: In cases where there is an increase in the operational noise level, the warranty does not apply. (An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter or power chairs).
The batteries are warranted for 6 months after the purchase of the Unit.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Scooter or Power chair. This warranty excludes:
Batteries: Batteries carry a limited warranty which is subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a defect in the original manufacture will normally become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other express warranty.
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.
From 1 February 2019, a new maximum device speed limit of 10km/h for motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters for use on public paths has been implemented by LTA. This new law helps to protect pathway users, while ensuring that those with genuine mobility challenges can still have proper use of such devices.
AGIS Medical Supplies follows LTA’s legislation closely, and AGIS Medical Supplies Pte Ltd’s wheelchairs and mobility scooters do comply with LTA’s guidelines.
Wheelchair or mobility scooters must not exceed 120cm in length and 70cm in width when boarding public transport. Wheelchairs or PMAs must not exceed a total laden weight of 300kg.
Please do note that the Personal Mobility Aid (PMA) are restricted to be used on the road. Should one be found riding a Personal Mobility Aids (PMA) on the road, one will be liable to a fine of $2000, or a jail term of up to 3 months, or both.
