Back in Germany from our vacation in Singapore I would like to give a review for this company.
We rented a foldable scooter to go to Bintan Island and a bigger scooter for Singapore. The service from George and his team was exceptional. From the beginning of our contact from Germany to George – which scooter shall we take – until the time in Singapore everything was wonderful.
We appreciated very much the delivery to our hotel, then the exchange from the foldable one to the bigger one and then finally the pick-up of the scooter from the hotel when we left. What a service!! Especially for tourists – you do not need to go to the company and pick it up. This was worth the price!! Also, the condition of both scooters was very well – no problem with it at all.
We also could make a last-minute booking for a walker – because ours was missing baggage by the airline. It was delivered next day with the scooter – and we also got a special price for it. Really great!!

I was fortunate to find this shop. The staff was very very helpful.I was on a cruise ship with my grandpa who couldn’t walk long distances. I asked for a mobility scooter and they delivered it to the cruise center before i even arrived and picked it up from my hotel post return. The whole process was hassle free. Even my grandpa now has confidence to travel around the world with a mobility scooter. My rating on over all services 10/10.

What a fantastic service! I was able to easily book a scooter for a visiting friend who recently had surgery. She would have been unable to do much while here, but getting the scooter made her trip awesome. We were able to take it everywhere without any issues.
Singapore is a very accessible city.

Delivery was to my condo door, and the delivery person gave us a walk through on how to use the scooter.
It was super easy to get the hang of it.
I highly recommend the friendly team at Agis and wouldn't hesitate to use their scooter service again.

James and his team were a pleasure to work with. We had family visiting from the US for 2 weeks in need of a motorized scooter.  The scooter was delivered to the hotel the same day we requested it. Agis Medical supplies has been my savior for my trips (rented thrice already) with my elderly father.
